Memorial Day
May 28 2012 -Let's all pause for a moment and remember those loved ones who have passed from this world. Thank you for everything you did and for just being there. The Rapids Mall will close a little early today to allow everyone here a chance to remember their loved ones today.
The mall will close at 4 pm.
Law Enforcement & Summer Happenings Day
June 02 2012 -With the end of school just around the corner this is the perfect opportunity for parents & children to find out about the many activities going on in the area & what they should keep in mind to stay safe this summer. Local law enforcement agencies will be on hand to demonstrate the latest equipment, personnel, tactics, & vehicles including Wisconsin Rapids PD, Grand Rapids PD, & Wood County Sheriff.
Last Day of School
June 06 2012 -For everyone attending school (Kindergarten thru 12th) in central Wisconsin today is the last day of SCHOOL! Summer starts tomorrow! What are you doing this summer?
Father's Day
June 17 2012 -It's dad's day! Time for him to fire up the grill and have fun grilling his favorite meal! Have a great day out in the sun!
Independence Day
July 04 2012 -It's the 4th of July and the Rapids Mall will be closed today in honor of our nation's independence! Have a happy Independence Day!

August 12 2012 -Hosted by Gary's Coins & Stamps this show features many local coin dealers & collectors from the area. Even if you're not a collector yourself come take a look at the astounding collection of coins from throughout history & around the world.
Labor Day
September 03 2012 -Thank you to everyone who puts in those hours for their paycheck every day! The Rapids Mall will close a little early so that those folks here who put in their hours can spend some time with there family.

October 20 2012 -Featuring area merchants who cover everything you will need to think about as you assemble your perfect wedding, from caterers to dressmakers & printers to photographers.
Halloween Costume Parade & Carnival
October 31 2012 - 05:30 PMBring your little one to the annual Rapids Mall Halloween Costume Parade! For ages 6 months to 14 years, they are all invited to parade through the mall visiting each of the stores, showing off their costumes and maybe even getting some treats! The parade will form outside the Bethesda Thrift Shop in the mall at 5:30 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m. we will begin our travels through the mall. Come join your friends for a night of fun and even a little candy!
Veteran's Day
November 11 2012 -Thank a veteran today and honor all those who gave the most anyone could give for this country we call home! Thank you to all the soldiers, sailors, Marines, airmen, & guardsmen who have served and are serving our country from the Rapids Mall!
The mall will close early today at 4 pm in honor of the day.
Autumn Home Party Show
November 17 2012 - 10:00 AMChoose from a variety of vendors that come from around the area, selling items from such popular home-sale brands like Avon & Mary Kay to Pampered Chef & Tastefully Simple. Lasting until 5:00 pm that night.
Thanksgiving
November 22 2012 -Happy Thanksgiving! The mall will be closed. See you Friday, Nov. 23.
Santa's Schedule
November 23 2012 - 11:00 AMSanta will be here from 11am-5pm the day after Thanksgiving! He will be available for pictures and visiting during that time. Photo prices are: $7 per picture and $3 for additional copies.

Holiday Community Day
December 01 2012 -Area church, school, and nonprofit organizations will be in the mall all day to tell you about their group, who they are, what they do and they may even have a few things for you to buy to help fund their activities.
Holiday Art & Craft Show
December 15 2012 - 10:00 AMHave you started your Christmas shopping yet? Maybe you're having a difficult time finding those final few gifts for this year. Well, may we suggest you stop in at the Rapids Mall's Holiday Arts & Crafts Show? We have a wide variety of vendors from wood working to jewelry who will be lining the main isle of the mall with their products from 10-5 that Saturday. We hope we see you there!
Christmas
